Eligibility: This Campaign is open to those who enter via Ocean Grill Restaurant’s online competition entry form via the website or social platforms and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry.

The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the UK and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding promotion.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Ocean Grill as final and binding as it relates to the content of any campaigns run by Ocean Grill.

Campaign Period: Each campaign promotion will have a commencement and end date and time which will be 11:59pm (GMT) All online entries must be received by the closing time stated.

How to Enter: All campaigns must be entered according via the website entry forms or social media contests. The entry must fulfil all campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted in any promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Ocean Grill. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Ocean Grill.

Prize: Depending on the competition, prizes will vary.  For ongoing promotions such as monthly winners, one person will be chosen at random to win a voucher which entitles them to a fine dining experience at Ocean Grill worth no more than GBP £50 unless stated otherwise. The dining experience can be used by two diners. The Winner is responsible for additional costs such as drinks not specifically included in this contest. Ad hoc promotions on social media will have different entry requirements and varying prize.

Claiming Prize: Ocean Grill will contact the winner(s). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. All prize related expenses, including without limitation all national, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Ocean Grill to use the winner’s name, photo, likeness, and entry for purposes of relevant marketing regards the promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification: All winners are selected at random unless the promotion specifies otherwise. winner (s) will be notified via email or direct message. Ocean Grill shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Ocean Grill, anyone acting on behalf of Ocean Grill, and Ocean Grill licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Promoter: The Promoter of the Campaign is Ocean Grill Restaurant. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. This information will be added to our marketing list. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

All competitions are hosted by Ocean Grill Restaurant and are no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other online platform.
